1. Rinse & Cleanse
Don't use a cleanser with apricot or walnuts which is really common with natural skincare products. Walnuts and apricots can be too abrasive for daily use. I use a facial cleanser with seawater extract. It's a three-in-one face wash. It works great to gently wash away makeup, dead skin, and impurities. What's even better is the seawater extract is gentle on the skin-- it's great as a daily exfoliant, especially if you have sensitive skin like me. It's fortified with 92 ocean minerals to renew skin for a visibly fresh and radiant look. And, unlike harsh exfoliators, it's gentle enough for daily use!
2. Apply Peptide Moisturizer
After washing your face in the morning, I suggest applying a peptide moisturizer. This step is especially important for women concerned about dull, dry, or thin-looking skin. A peptide moisturizer hydrates and promotes a more smooth and plump appearance. I suggest looking for a moisturizer that contains “peptides”, "hyaluronic acid", and “amino acids” so you get the full effects.
3. Apply Natural Anti-Aging Cream
If you're only going to use 1 product for the rest of your life, this would be my pick. Before you go to bed, apply the vegan retinol cream to your forehead, eye area, face, neck, and chest.
