How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours from our California shipping warehouse (weekend orders are processed on Monday). Please allow 4-8 business days for shipping arrival thereafter.
Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, DHL, or UPS ground.
Do you autoship or autobill?
Never. Each order is a one-time payment.

How long does shipping take?
Most packages are sent via USPS and arrive in 4-8 business days or sooner.
Most orders will ship the same day for orders placed before 11 am EST. Orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays or days preceding holidays will be shipped on the next regular business day.
How do I track my order?
We automatically e-mail you your tracking number. This takes about 24 hours from the time you ordered.
What is your refund policy?
All products: 90 days
Return any product within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange (minus shipping charges). A refund is defined as the purchase price minus $4.95 shipping.
If more than 90 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Yes, all our products are made in the USA. Our skincare line is made in a manufacturing facility that uses 100% wind-powered energy in Oregon. We ship from California.

There is FREE Shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged $4.95 shipping.

How long does the Silver Transforming Regimen last?
The regimen lasts 60-90+ days if you use it 2 times per week.
How much serum do I use?
You should use 1 full pump. If your hair length reaches past your shoulders then use two full pumps. Don't forget to apply it to your entire hair & roots!
Why is the serum so little?
The serum was designed to be used after shampoo washings (not every day) and should last 60 days.
Can I still style my hair?
Yes, absolutely! Our silver hair transforming regimen is intended to bring out your beautiful silvers. You can style your hair as you like!
Go to my hairdresser?

My hairstylist says it will turn my hair purple
The regimen only turns your hair purple if you leave it in longer than the suggested time. If this happens, simply wash it out with your normal shampoo!
Can I use it if I only have a little gray?
Absolutely! This regimen can be used on darker hair that has gray or blonde highlights. It will remove unwanted yellow tones. And it will not change your dark hair tones!
How do I transition to all gray?
Transitioning to gray hair is simple: let your hair grow out. It typically takes women 6 months to fully grow out their grays.
