Returns (100 day policy)
Returns are easy! Just call us at (800) 674-3571 (Monday-Friday 7am-5pm PST) or email email@example.com to request a refund number. You must get an RMA number from us so we can track your return in the warehouse!
(Please do not send your order back to the return address. This will be received by the wrong department which cannot process refunds)
Return any product within 100 days of the purchase date for a refund (minus shipping charges) or exchange.
If more than 100 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace your item if it arrives damaged. We do offer exchanges. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Typically, refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving the item.
We recommend getting a tracking number when shipping your package to us. In the rare event that USPS/UPS/FEDEX loses your package, we'll be able to verify that your return was shipped.
